Virkotie offer a full refund on items returned within seven (7) days from date of purchase.  You must return your item on or before the seven (7) days.  Returned items must be in original conditiion, unworn, tags attached and original packaging. Virkotie will not accept any items with tags detached. Shipping costs are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for any return postage costs. Returned items will only be credited back to the card used to purchase the items. Returned items will not be accepted after the seven (7) days. Please note that Virkotie does not accept any refunds on international orders due to high postage costs.

 

EXCHANGE:-

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS:-

 

Virkotie does not accept any returns or exchanges on personalised items. Please note that once payment for your personalised item has been processed by Virkotie we will not accept any cancellations or change of mind. Please be sure to enter the correct “Name” to be used. Virkotie does not accept responsibility for incorrect “Names” entered by customer.
